Aluminium Workshop
The workshop has all European working machines including high-end CNC machines and machining center for fabrication of profiles in required sizes, shapes etc to perform all operations ranging from cutting, milling, routing, drilling tapping etc.
The workshop has multiple sets of Italian imported machines:
- 4-axis fully automatic CNC Working Centers
- CNC controlled Heavy duty Double Head Sawing machines
- Single-Head Sawing machines
- End Milling machines
- Copy Routing machines
- Corner Crimping machines
Metal & Cladding Workshop
The workshop has Italian & German working machines including high-end Vertical Panel Saw to take care of the cutting and grooving operations. The advanced version of the machines
incorporates higher safety and accuracy measures and higher level of automation ensures higher production rates. Assembly area uses mechanized & pneumatic tools for faster and accurate
performance.
Bonding Workshop
The workshop has US made two part hydraulic pump, this work shop is certified by various silicone manufacturers. Regular workshops & training sessions are carried out by various Silicone manufacturers to ensure best practices are adopted and refreshed continuously meeting all technical specifications.
